Fall 2025 Hybrid Challenge

Start: October 20, 2025

End: November 30, 2025

A popular throw back from a few years ago, you will complete this timed circuit as quickly as you can. This challenge will be offered in a hybrid format. You can complete the challenge on your own or you can come to UHQ on the date listed below to complete the challenge. If you are completing the challenge by yourself we ask you screen shot a picture of your time for the submission process. Participants will complete the following bodyweight exercises in the order of their choosing.

UHQ Test date: November 26 8:00am - 1:00pm

If you would like to attempt to beat Chief McGaughey’s time please email your Wellness Rep. If 11/26 doesn’t work for you we will work with you to get a testing date and time set up!

Push ups: Men; 40 Women; 25

Squats: Men; 50 Women; 40

Burpees: Men; 20 Women; 15

Sit Ups: Men; 40 Women; 30

Jumping Jacks: Men; 50 Women; 40

Plank: Men; 2 min Women; 1 min

1 Mile Run

Each Participant will receive a T-shirt.

Prizes will be awarded to winners and additional random prizes will be given for just completing the challenge!
